注射用唑来膦酸治疗肺癌骨转移疼痛的疗效和安全性临床研究

Clinical Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Zoledronic Acid for Injection in the Treatment of Bone Metastases From Lung Cancer

目的分析唑来膦酸在由肺癌骨转移所引起疼痛的临床治疗方面的应用效果。方法选取2013年3月~2016年3月共计100例由肺癌骨转移所引起的疼痛患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。观察组患者应用唑来膦酸进行治疗,对照组患者使用帕米膦酸进行治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗前后的疼痛情况、生活质量和一般状况评分的变化情况,记录两组患者不良反应的发生率。结果观察组患者治疗前后的疼痛情况、生活质量和一般状况评分的变化情况均优于对照组患者,比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者不良反应的发生情况相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论在由肺癌骨转移而引起的疼痛患者的临床治疗中,应用唑来膦酸的临床效果显著,且安全性强。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of pain caused by bone metastasis from lung cancer.Methods From March 2013 to March 2016,100 patients with pain caused by bone metastasis from lung cancer treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with zoledronic acid,the control group patients were treated with pamidronate for clinical treatment.Comparison and analysis of two groups before and after treatment in patients with pain,the changes of quality of life and general condition score recorded the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients.Results To observe the changes before and after treatment in patients with pain,quality of life and general condition score were significantly better than the control group of patients,there were significant differences between the statistical significance（P〈0.05）,the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients occurrence showed no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with pain caused by bone metastasis of lung cancer,the clinical effect of the application of the treatment of the phosphorus is significant,and the safety is high.
