阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗进展性脑卒中患者的疗效及机制探析

The Effect and Mechanism Discussion on Aspirin Combined With Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Patients With Progressive Stroke

目的探究进展性脑卒中患者采用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷综合治疗的疗效。方法选取2014年8月~2015年11月收治的72例进展性脑卒中患者进行治疗,随机分组,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗效果更加显著,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论进展性脑卒中患者采用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷综合治疗,能够提高患者的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the curative effect of stroke patients using aspirin and clopidogrel therapy.Methods 72 patients with progressive cerebral tissue were selected to receive treatment from August 2014 to November 2015 were divided randomly into two groups.After treatment,we compared two groups＇ treatment results.Results The experimental group＇s treatment effect was more significant and had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Progressive stroke patients using aspirin and clopidogrel therapy can improve the curative effect.
