胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Amiodarone in the Treatment of Arrhythmia

目的对胺碘酮治疗心律失常的疗效进行分析。方法选取我院收治的134例心律失常患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各67例患者。对两组患者分别予以不同的治疗方式,对照组患者予以盐酸普罗帕酮片治疗,治疗组患者予以盐酸胺碘酮片治疗。观察两组患者经治疗后的疗效,和血清超敏C反应蛋白水平以及不良反应情况。结果经治疗,两组患者的血清超敏C反应蛋白水平均有所下降,但治疗组的血清超敏C反应蛋白下降水平优于对照组。此外在治疗效果方面,治疗组的总有效率为91.04%(61/67),对照组的总有效率为76.12%(51/67)。结论胺碘酮在治疗心律失常中能够获得较好疗效。

Objective To analyze the effect of amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods 134 cases of arrhythmia patients in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 67 patients.For two groups of patients were treated in different ways respectively,control group patients were given propafenone hydrochloride treatment,the treatment group patients were treated with amiodarone hydrochloride tablets.Observed the curative effect and serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein levels and adverse reactions of two groups of patients after treatment.Results Two groups of patients treated by serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein levels were decreased,but the treatment group of serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein level was better than the control group.In addition in terms of treatment effect,treatment group total effective rate was 91.04%（61/67）,control group total effective rate was 76.12%（51/67）.Conclusion Amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia can get better effect.
