奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Ulinastatin and Octreotide in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探究急性胰腺炎患者采用奥曲肽和乌司他丁联合治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2014年11月~2015年12月收治的77例急性胰腺炎患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组43例患者选择奥曲肽和乌司他丁联合治疗,对照组34例患者采取奥曲肽治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为95.35%,对照组患者治疗有效率为82.35%。实验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论急性胰腺炎患者采用奥曲肽和乌司他丁联合治疗,能够使患者的身体症状得到明显改善,效果显著,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of ulinastatin and octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods 77 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in hospital from November 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divide into two groups,and randomly divided intotwo groups,43 patients in the experimental group were given octreotide combined with ulinastatin treatment,while another 34 patients in control group were treated with octreotide treatment only,and then compared treatment effects between two groups.Results In the experimental group,effective rate was 95.35% after the treatment,patients in the control group,the effective rate of the treatment was 82.35%.The total efficiency in patients in the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The octreotide and ulinastatin combination therapy in patients with acute pancreatitis can significantly improved the physical symptoms of patients,and have significant effect,the safety is high.
