奥氮平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗精神分裂症伴阳性症状患者效果分析

Analysis of Olanzapine Combined With Magnesium Valproate Sustained-Release Tablets of Magnesium in the Treatment of Schizophrenia With Positive Symptoms Patients

目的分析奥氮平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗精神分裂症伴阳性症状患者效果。方法选取我院收治的75例精神分裂症伴阳性症状患者进行回顾性分析,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组(32例)与研究组(43例),前者给予奥氮平治疗,后者给予奥氮平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,记录并分析相关结果。结果研究组治疗后SAPS及MOAS评分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗精神分裂症伴阳性患者的临床疗效显著。

Objective To analysis the effect of Olanzapine combined with valproate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of positive symptoms of schizophrenia with positive symptoms.Methods The data selection were from 75 cases of schizophrenia with positive symptoms patients in our hospital.According to the different treatment options divided into control group（32 cases） and study group（n=43）,the former received olanzapine in the treatment,and the latter was given olanzapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained release tablets in the treatment,recording and analysis the results.Results After treatment,the SAPS and MOAS scores of the study group were lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Magnesium Valproate sustained release tablets and olanzapine in the treatment of positive symptoms of schizophrenia have great effect.
