盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗加重期慢性阻塞性肺病的临床效果观察

The Clinical Efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in Treatment of Exacerbations of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗加重期阻塞性肺病患者的疗效。方法选取2015年2月~2016年2月98例于本院进行治疗的加重期阻塞性肺病患者,以治疗方法作为分组依据,分为两组,对照组49例予以常规治疗,研究组49例在对照组基础上予盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗;比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及相关时间性指标值情况。结果研究组患者治疗的临床总有效率为89.80%（44/49）,高于对照组的71.43%（35/49）,差异均具统计学意义（P〈0.05）;经治疗,在咳嗽、喘息、痰鸣以及湿啰音等相关临症消失的时间方面,研究组患者的统计时间较之于对照组患者均有所降低,两组比较差异均具一定的统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加重期阻塞性肺病患者在常规治疗的基础上予以盐酸氨溴索治疗的临床效果良好。

Objective To observe the effect of ambroxol assisted treatment of exacerbation of obstructive lung disease patients.Methods The data of 98 patients the hospital received with exacerbation of obstructive pulmonary disease from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected,which were divided into study group and control group according to the different treatment methods,the control group（49 cases） was given the conventional treatment,the study group（49 cases） was given ambroxol hydrochloride treatment group on the basis of control group,compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect and time related index values.Results Total effective rate of clinical treatment in the patients in the study group was 89.80%（44/49）,higher than that of the control group,which was 71.43%（35/49）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,patients in the study group,cough and other clinical symptoms disappeared time were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Exacerbation of obstruction of COPD patients in the conventional treatment based on ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of exacerbation of obstructive pulmonary disease has significant and important clinical value.
