蓝光疗法联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效观察

Efficacy of Blue Light Therapy Combined With Adenosine Methionine in the Treatment of Neonatal Pathological Jaundice

目的探讨蓝光疗法联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床价值。方法选择2012年3月~2015年2月于我院确诊的新生儿病理性黄疸67例。观察组34例采用蓝光疗法联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,对照组33例仅采用蓝光疗法治疗。结果观察组治疗第3 d、治疗第7d血清总胆红素水平均低于对照组同期水平,差异有统计学意义（t值分别为6.080 2、11.211 5,P〈0.01）。结论蓝光疗法联合腺苷蛋氨酸可加速缓解新生儿病理性黄疸病情。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of blue light therapy combined with adenosine methionine in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods 67 cases of diagnosed neonatal pathological jaundice in our hospital from March 2012 to February 2015 were selected.In the observation group,34 cases were treated by blue light therapy combined with adenosine methionine therapy,and the control group was treated with blue light therapy in 33 cases.Results The observation group treatment of 3 day,the treatment of the level of serum total bilirubin in the first 7 d were lower than the same period of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（t values were 6.080 2,11.211 5,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of blue ray therapy and adenosine methionine can accelerate the pathological jaundice of newborn.
