胺碘酮联合贝那普利治疗阵发性心房颤动的疗效观察

Efficacy of Amiodarone Combined With Benazepril in Patients With Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

目的分析胺碘酮联合贝那普利治疗阵发性心房颤动的治疗效果和临床应用价值。方法选取2014年9月~2015年11月我院收治的94例阵发性心房颤动患者为例,进行分组治疗,对照组予以胺碘酮治疗,为治疗组患者提供胺碘酮联合贝那普利治疗,观察两组的疗效以及两组患者治疗前后心房内径检测比较、不良反应率等。结果治疗组共有47例患者,总有效率为85.11%（40/47）;对照组共有47例患者,总有效率为63.83%（30/47）。而左心房内径值方面,两组均获得较好效果。结论胺碘酮联合贝那普利治疗阵发性心房颤动能够获得较好疗效。

Objective Analysis of the therapeutic effect and clinical application of amiodarone combined with benazepril in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods Selected 94 patients from September 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,for example,the control group received amiodarone,the treatment group received amiodarone and benazepril,treatment effects were observed in both groups as well as atrial diameter detection comparator,adverse reaction rate.Results Treatment group was consisted of 47 patients,the total effective rate was 85.11%（40/47）,the control group was consisted of 47 patients,the total effective rate was 63.83%（30/47）.While the left atrial diameter value terms,the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion Amiodarone combined with benazepril in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation can get good effect.
