针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

The Clinical Observation on Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis Treated by Acupuncture Coordinated Massage

目的探究针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选择我院2013年6月~2015年6月的椎动脉型颈椎病患者86例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,各43例。对照组患者采取口服西比灵予以治疗,观察组患者采取针灸配合推拿进行治疗,治疗结束,对两组的临床疗效进行分析。结果对照组治愈率为25.58%,观察组为48.84%,观察组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著,治疗周期短,有利于患者的早期康复,可明显改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis treated by acupuncture coordinates massage.Methods 86 cases of patients with gynecological operation at our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were divided into two groups as the random number table,each group had 43 cases.The control group was treated with flunarizine by oral,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture coordinates massage.Analysis their clinical effects after treatment.Results The recovery rate of the control group was 25.58%,and the treatment group was 48.84%.The recovery rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control.There was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It has significant effect of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis treated by acupuncture coordinated massage,short treatment period,helps for early rehabilitation of patients.That is able to significantly improve the life quality.
