针刺廉泉穴不同深度治疗中风后吞咽障碍对比分析

The Contrastive Analysis of Apoplectic Dysphagia Treated by Allopelagic Acupuncture on the Lian Quan Point

目的研究针刺廉泉穴不同深度治疗中风后吞咽障碍患者的疗效。方法选取我院收治的中风后吞咽障碍患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为廉泉穴浅刺组和廉泉穴深刺组,各40例。在常规治疗基础上,廉泉穴深刺组与廉泉穴浅刺组患者分别采用深刺廉泉及浅刺廉泉法治疗,比较治疗效果与不良反应。结果廉泉深刺组有效率为(95.00%),高于廉泉浅刺组(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用深度针刺廉泉穴治疗中风后吞咽障碍患者疗效显著,安全性高,可促进患者康复及提高生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of apoplectic dysphagia treated by allopelagic acupuncture on the Lian Quan Point.Methods 80 cases of patients with apoplectic dysphagia in our hospital were regarded as the object of study,divided into the shallow insertion group and the deep insertion group,each group had 40 cases.Based on the conventional therapy,the shallow insertion group and deep insertion group were treated by shallow insertion of the Lian Quan Point and deep insertion of the LianQuan Point.Compared the treatment effect and untoward effect.Results The effective rate of the deep insertion group was 95%,which was higher than the 85% of shallow insertion group.There was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Comparison the untoward effect of them,there was no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion That has the significant effect of apoplectic dysphagia treated by deep insertion of the Lian Quan Point,with high safety and helps to improve the recovery of patients and life quality.
