摘要
目的观察临床护理路径(CNP)应用于胆结石患者围手术期护理的效果。方法 96例拟行手术治疗的胆结石患者随机分为两组:对照组48例实施常规围手术期护理,观察组48例实施CNP护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组术后禁食时间、首次下床活动时间与住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.83%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论在胆结石患者的围手术期护理中介入CNP护理模式有利于促进术后康复、提高护理质量与患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative application of clinical nursing path on gallstone patients. Methods Randomly selected 82 cases of gallstones and divided into two groups, control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway, the nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results Hospitalized time, in bed time and fasting time had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The operative effect of clinical nursing path in gallstones patients is remarkable.
