突发性职业中毒急救护理中综合性危机管理应用研究

The Comprehensive Crisis Management Applied Research in Acute Occupational Poisoning Emergency Care

目的观察综合性危机管理应用于突发性职业中毒急救护理中的效果。方法随机将104例我院接收的突发性职业中毒者均分为实验组与对照组。前者采取综合性危机管理法,后者采取常规护理管理法。观察两组护理管理效果。结果实验组疗效、抢救时间及住院时间均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论将综合性危机管理法积极用于突发性职业中毒急救护理中,可提高抢救效果,缩短住院时间。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive crisis management applied in the acute occupational poisoning emergency care.Method 104 cases with acute occupational poisoning were received in our hospital were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The former was taken comprehensive crisis management and the latter was taken routine nursing management.Effect of two groups of nursing management was observed.Results The curative effect,saving time and hospital stays of the study group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive crisis management used in acute occupational poisoning first-aid treatment actively,can improve the effect of rescue,shorten hospitalization time.
