口咽通气管吸痰在重症肺炎患儿中的应用疗效观察

Curative Effect of Oropharyngeal Airway Sputum Suction in Children With Severe Pneumonia

目的观察口咽通气管吸痰应用于重症肺炎患儿中的疗效。方法选取我院2012年3月~2014年7月收治的重症肺炎患儿110例,随机分为对照组（55例）和观察组（55例）,其中对照组患儿采取传统吸痰方式,观察组患儿采取口咽通气管吸痰,比较两组患儿的单次吸痰量、24 h吸痰次数、气管插管时间、重症监护室入住时间以及并发症发生情况。结果两组患儿各项观察指标对比,观察组患儿单次吸痰量更多、24 h吸痰次数更少、气管插管和重症监护室入住时间更短,各组数据与对照组患儿对比,均具有明显优势,且观察组患儿并发症发生率更低,数据对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用口咽通气管吸痰应用于重症肺炎患儿中,能够有效提高工作效率,减少患儿痛苦,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To observe the curative effect of oropharyngeal airway suctioning applied in children with severe pneumonia.Methods Selected 110 children with severe pneumonia in our hospital from March 2012 to July 2014,randomly assigned to control group（55 cases） and observation group（55 cases）,the children in the control group adopt the traditional ways of sputum aspiration,children in the observation group adopted oropharyngeal airway sputum suction,compared the two groups of children with single suction volume,24 h ceiling times of sputum,tracheal intubation time,ICU stay time and complications.Results In the observation group,there were more single suction sputum volume,fewer 24 h ceiling sputum,shorter tracheal intubation and intensive care room occupancy time,there were obvious advantages and children in the experimental group,the incidence of complications was lower,thecomparison of the data had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The oropharyngeal suction tube application of sputum in children with severe pneumonia,can effectively improve the work efficiency,reduce the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of complications.
