摘要
目的分析循证护理在异位妊娠护理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月~2015年12月我院收治的异位妊娠患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组采用循证护理,比较两组护理效果。结果对照组护理总满意率是76.67%,观察组护理总满意率是93.33%,总满意率差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理应用于异位妊娠患者,可以提高患者护理满意率,减少不良情绪。
Objective To analyze the application effect of the evidencebased nursing in ectopic pregnancy care.Methods 60 patients selected in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 with ectopic gestation were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated withroutine nursing,the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing.Nursing effect was compared in two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate was 76.67% in control group,93.33% in observation group.The total satisfaction rate had significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing applied to patients with ectopic pregnancy can extremely improve patient satisfaction and patient care,and reduce bad feelings.
