膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后功能恢复的护理干预效果观察

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Functional Recovery of Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction After Knee Arthroscopy

目的探讨护理干预在膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后功能恢复中的应用效果。方法以我院收治的140例行膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者为研究对象,数字表法随机分为两组,对照组行常规护理,研究组行综合护理干预,对比其临床护理效果。结果研究组疼痛时间、卧床时间短于对照组;膝关节功能恢复优良率比较,观察组更优;研究组并发症总发生率5.7%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后功能恢复中的应用效果明显,可改善患者膝关节功能,降低并发症。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in functional recovery of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy.Methods 140 cases of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery patients in our hospital were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine nursing care,the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention,compared the clinical nursing effect.Results The pain time,in bed time were significantly shorter than that of the control group,the recovery of knee joint function excellent rate comparison,the observation group and study group,the incidence of complications was 5.7%,lower than that of the control group which was 20%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in functional recovery obviously in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy,can significantly improve the knee joint function of patients,and reduce complications.
