综合性护理干预配合蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果观察

Comprehensive Nursing Intervention With Phototherapy With Blue Light for the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

目的分析综合性护理干预配合蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法收集我院2014年4月~2015年4月采用蓝光治疗的新生儿黄疸76例作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式将患儿分为观察组与对照组,每组患儿各38例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上实施综合性护理干预,对两组患儿的临床效果进行分析对比。结果研究结果显示,观察组患儿改善水平优于对照组,两组数据结果比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后显效12例,有效23例,总体治疗有效率92.11%,相比于对照组治疗总有效率（63.16%）更高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合性护理干预配合蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸具有良好的临床效果。

Objective To analysis the clinical effect in the treatment of neonatal jaundice with the comprehensive nursing intervention and phototherapy with blue light.Methods 76 cases collected from April 2014 to April 2015 with neonatal jaundice treatment in phototherapy with blue light were selected as the research object,children were randomly divided into observation group and control group（38 cases in each group）.Control group was given conventional nursing mode,the observation group wasgiven the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,analyzed the clinical effect of two groups.Results The improve level of observation group was obviously better than the control group,the data of two groups have obvious difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention with phototherapy with blue light treatment for neonatal jaundice has good clinical effect.
