糖尿病教育对患者血糖控制和治疗糖尿病的费用的影响

Effect of Diabetes Education on Blood Glucose Control and Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究分析糖尿病患者接受糖尿病教育后,血糖控制以及糖尿病费用的改善情况。方法根据我院的60例糖尿病患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组,观察使用常规护理,对照组使用常规护理和糖尿病教育,对两组的临床血糖控制情况和糖尿病治疗费用进行对比分析。结果观察组患者接受糖尿病健康教育后,血糖控制情况比对照组优秀,观察组患者的治疗费用低于对照组,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者接受健康教育后,其对糖尿病知识的了解程度有所加深,能够正确面对疾病,对血糖控制以及降低治疗费用均有很大的帮助,能够改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the improvement of blood glucose control and the cost of diabetes in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 60 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,the control group was treated with routine nursing,the control group was treated with routine nursing and diabetes education.Results The observation group received diabetes health education,blood glucose control was better than the control group,the observation group of patients with treatment costs less than the control group,the results were statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion After receiving health education in patients with diabetes,it has a better understanding of the knowledge of diabetes,and can correct the disease.It can help to improve the quality of life of patients.
