摘要
目的对患者行PICC置管后的管道维护及护理的方法进行探讨,提出改进措施。方法选取我院2015年1~12月进行PICC置管的患者146例,随机分为研究组和对照组各73例,研究组患者对管道的维护和护理方法在常规的基础上进行改进,对照组进行置管后的常规护理,比较两组患者置管后并发症的发生情况。结果研究组的置管安全性更高（P〈0.05）。结论做好PICC置管后的管道维护工作,可以有效降低置管后并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the methods of pipeline maintenance and nursing after Pi CC catheter insertion,and put forward the improvement measures.Methods 146 cases of patients who used PICC catheter were divided into study group and control group randomly from January to December 2015 patients in our hospital（ 73 cases in each group）.Patients in the study group were treated with the pipeline maintenance and nursing methods on the improvement of the basis of the routine care,control group was treated the routine nursing care after catheter,compared the complications of two groups patients after PICC tube.Results The safety of the study group was higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in the pipeline maintenance after PICC catheter,
