全程护理干预对真菌性阴道炎患者疗效的影响

The Effect of Whole Nursing Intervention in Patients With Colpomycosis

目的分析全程护理干预对真菌性阴道炎患者疗效的影响。方法回顾性分析选取我院收治真菌性阴道炎患者165例,分为对照组和研究组,对照组(84例)给予常规基础护理措施,研究组(81例)在常规基础上给予全程护理干预,两组患者临床护理效果对比进行分析。结果研究组在全程护理干预后的生活质量指标及对护理满意程度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程护理干预能够提高真菌性阴道炎患者临床治疗效果及生活质量。

Objective Analysis the influence of nursing intervention on the full effect of fungal vaginitis patients.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital treated 165 cases of fungal vaginitis,which is divided into a control group and the sutdy group,the control group was（84 cases） treatedwith conventional measures and basic nursing,the study group（n=81） to give the whole nursing intervention on a regular basis,two groups of patients in clinical care comparative effectiveness analysis.Results Study patients quality of life indicators in full after nursing interventions and nursing satisfaction than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Active use of the whole nursing intervention for fungal vaginitis patients have significant improvement in clinical outcomes and quality of life.
