内容提要:医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)即对医院信息进行管理的计算机网络系统,它可完成医院中各类信息的收集、传输、存储、加工及使用。HIS 对信息的管理水平分为数据处理、信息加工及决策支持三层,国内现有的 HIS 大多只具备数据处理层的规模,且仅开发了该层的部分功能。目前发达国家 HIS 的应用和发展有如下趋势:(1)HIS 的系统功能由财务管理向医疗管理发展,成为以电子病历为核心的多功能系统;(2)HIS 向多媒体方向发展,不仅有文字信息,还有图象、图形和声音信息;(3)进行 HIS 的系统集成和信息集成,使各种信息在统一的设备和软件环境下采集、存储,并使信息元素规范化和体系化,便于信息的处理和利用;(4)HIS 通过 Inter- net、保健卡、远程医疗等扩大信息的共享范围;(5)发展 HIS 中的医学决策支持系统。我国 HIS 的开发应结合医院的投资能力、管理现实和经济效益,并重视管理因素在开发和维护 HIS 中的重要作用。实施 HIS 首先需分析本院的信息管理模式,确立发展规划;然后制定投资规模,寻找技术合作;通过全面系统分析,逐步实施;最终还要重视人员的培训和系统维护的工作。

Hospital Information System(HIS) is a computer network system for hospital information management.It can collect,transmit,memory, process and use kinds of information.HIS includes data processed,information processed and strategic supported.In our country,most of national HIS can only provided the data processed and only developed part of function. The application and development of Hospital Infor- mation System(HIS) in the advanced countries and poses some suggestions to build HIS in our country. 1) The system function of HIS is moving from fi- nancial administration to medical administration and HIS have become the multi-function system which have the core of the electronic medical record.2) HIS moves toward the multi-media.3) The system integration and information integration of HIS.4) HIS advanced the share region of information through Internet,medical card and telemedieine et al.5)The medical decision support system in HIS. To exploit the HIS of our country must be connected with invest ability,administration situation and e- conomic results;pay attention to the important role of administration in exploiting and maintaining HIS. To put HIS into effect need to analyze the informa- tion system model and make the developing plan, then to draw up the invest scale and seek the tech- nological cooperation.It is also important to train staff and maintain the system.
