摘要
目的:采用电子鼻技术建立气味指纹图谱,对胆南星不同发酵时间及不同胆汁比例样品进行定性鉴别。方法:分别搜集不同胆汁比例的胆南星样品18批和不同发酵时间的样品24批,采用电子鼻获取各样品气味信息,通过主成分分析(PCA),统计质量控制分析(SQC)等化学计量学分析方法对气敏传感器响应值进行处理与分析。结果:不同发酵时间的胆南星,气味变化显著,PCA,SQC及雷达图分析均能判别;不同胆汁比例胆南星样品PCA区分指数值较高,能显著区分。结论:依据电子鼻技术获取"气味"信息可实现对胆南星样品的区分,为胆南星的定性鉴别提供思路与参考。
Objective: To establish an odor fingerprint map by electronic nose,and to explore odor qualitative identification method to distinguish different fermentation time,different manufacturers and different bile proportion products of Arisaema Cum Bile. Method: Eighteen batches of different bile proportion samples and twenty four different fermentation time samples were collected. The data was analyzed by chemometrics methods such as principal component analysis( PCA) and statistical quality control analysis( SQC). Result: Samples of different fermentation time could be obviously distinguished by PCA,SQC and radar chart. Different bile proportion products could be obviously distinguished by PCA, and the PCA distinguish index was high. Conclusion:Electronic nose can be applied to identify odor qualitative,it provides reference for the rapid identification of Arisaema Cum Bile.
