老年髋部骨折围手术期相关问题的研究进展

Perioperative related problems of surgery in elderly patients with hip fractures

老年髋部骨折较为常见,严重威胁患者生活质量及预后,成为家庭以及社会的沉重负担。手术治疗有助于患者术后进行早期功能锻炼、减轻护理压力、恢复肢体功能等。但老年患者机体脏器机能下降,免疫功能低下,多伴有内科并存病,术后并发症的发生率及死亡率较高,成为骨科医师面临的一大挑战。现对近年来老年髋部骨折围手术期相关问题的研究现状作一综述,以期为预防围手术期并发症的发生提供参考。

Hip fracture is common, and the treatment is costly, and often associat with poor outcomes amongthe elderly patients. Surgical treatment of the hip fracture can allow early mobilisation to reduce the nursing pressure, restore limbfunction. Complications arising from hip fracture surgery are fairly common in this population. The altered physiological stateof the elderly patients, often coupled with significant comorbidity, can present challenges for the orthopedic surgeon. This articleaims to provide a solid understanding of the important perioperative factors associated with hip fractures in the elderly patients toenhance practice and allow for the best outcome.
