摘要
为了解北京地区犬细小病毒(CPV)流行特性,采用PCR技术对1 209份犬粪便进行CPV检测。对获得的犬细小病毒的VP2片段进行扩增后再测序分析,并对感染犬的转归进行跟踪回访。结果表明,CPV阳性样本232份(19.2%),其中CPV-2a占62.1%,CPV-2b占37.9%,未发现CPV-2和CPV-2c。CPV-2b较CPV-2a更易感染0-3月龄犬(P〈0.05),且CPV-2b感染犬死亡率显著高于CPV-2a感染犬(P〈0.05)。
A total of 1209 canine fecal samples were detected by PCR for CPV.The sequences of the PCR products were compared with the reported CPV isolates in Gen Bank to analyze the epidemiological features of CPV in Beijing, China.Clinical reviews of infected dogs were also carried out. The results showed that 232(19.2%)samples were positive for CPV. 62.1% of viruses were CPV-2a and 37.9% were CPV-2b.CPV-2 and CPV-2c were not found.Compared with CPV-2a,CPV-2b tended to infect younger puppies(0-3 month-old)and the mortality rate of dogs infected by CPV-2b was significantly higher than dogs infected by CPV-2a(P〈0.05).
