为加强医学信息专业学生创新能力的培养,提出建立"241"培养模式,即"双融合、四步曲、一评价",以期从教学理念、教学内容以及综合评价3个层面提高医学信息专业学生的创新能力,为社会提供更多复合型人才。

In order to better cultivate the innovative ability of students speciaUzing in medical information,the paper proposes the ＂241＂ training model,namely ＂ two integration,four steps and one assessment＂.It aims to improve the innovative ability of students specializing in medical information from aspects of the teaching philosophy,teaching contents and comprehensive assessment and to provide more interdisciplinary talents for the society.
