摘要
根据电梯能量回馈装置的电源需要,设计了一款基于STM32F030F4的双管单端反激式数字开关电源,该装置能适应较大电压范围,较高电压输入,采用有源箝位,能实现ZVS,提高电源效率。论文重点论述了电源芯片的性能和工作原理,以及开关电源的电路设计。能满足电梯能量回馈装置的电源需求,具有很好的应用价值。
According to the need of the elevator energy feedback device power supply,the design which is a double tube single-end flyback digital switching power supply based on the STM32F030F4 can adapt to the large voltage range and high voltage input,and improve the efficiency of power supply because of using active clamp to achieve ZVS.It mainly discusses the performance and working principle of the power chip,and switch power supply circuit design.It can satisfy the need of the power of the elevator energy feedback device,and has very good application value.
