摘要
针对某型装备无法进行电路模块级故障定位的实际,综合运用计算机测试、虚拟仪器、故障诊断、嵌入式控制等技术,开发了某型装备电路检测诊断设备,成功实现了对电路模块级及主要元器件故障的准确定位。
In view of the fact that a certain type of equipment can not find out the fault location of the circuit module,using computer testing,virtual instrument,fault diagnosis,embedded control technology,the paper develops a certain type of equipment circuit detection and diagnosis equipment,and locates fault in the circuit module and the main components successfully.
