摘要
"五规合一"信息联动平台是将国民经济和社会发展、城镇规划、国土规划、产业规划、环保规划的核心要素进行重组和整合,解决部门之间、规划之间协调与衔接。基于信息联动平台的建设,其任务之一就是"五规合一"底板数据中心的建设,是针对多部门信息空间化整合和在线浏览分析等网络化服务需求,按照有关标准对本地区基础地理信息数据、相关专题数据进行整合、处理,形成标准数据中心,充分发挥数据的整体优势,将一张图数据中心发布成地图服务,在信息联动平台进行展示和应用。
