三维激光扫描仪在地铁竣工测量中的应用及精度分析 被引量:23

摘要 地铁土建施工结束后,需要对车站及区间进行竣工测量,传统的测量方法主要是采用全站仪测量隧道区间的二衬断面以及车站的空间尺寸,通过与设计数据进行对比来分析土建工程的施工测量质量,该方法外业工作量大,效率低且内业处理过程繁琐。在青岛地铁3号线中,将三维激光扫描仪应用于竣工测量,该方法工作量小,数据处理效率高,且可以进行三维建模对地铁车站进行漫游和空间分析处理,具有传统测量手段无法比拟的优势。 It' s necessary for the station and interval to complete surveying after the end of subway construction. Tra- ditional measurement method is mainly to survey secondary lining sections of tunnel sections and station space size by to- tal station instrument, and then analyzes the construction measurement quality of civil engineering comparing with the de- sign data. The characteristic of this method is large working,low efficiency and complex processing. In Qingdao Metro Line 3,3D laser scanner was applied to completing surveying. This new method is small woriking,high efficiency of data process, and can carry on roaming and space analysis processing to the subway station with three-dimensional modeling, has inimitable advantage compared with the traditional measurement method.
