涉外英文售货合同的语部结构分析

Analysis on the Move Structure of International Sales Contract

随着中国经济的崛起,涉外英文售货合同在国际贸易业务中的作用越来越重要,为规范此类合同的写作,本文以30份涉外英文售货合同为例,运用Bhatia的体裁分析理论,从语篇分析角度得出了涉外售货合同的语步结构组成,并分析了必要语部和非必要语部出现的原因。

With the development of Chinese economy,international sales contracts are becoming more and more important in international business. In order to make the drafting of the contracts of this kind more formal,the author applies the genre theory of Bhatia to analyze its move structure from discourse perspective based on 30 copies. In this paper,the reasons why some moves are necessary and some are not are presented as well. It is hoped that the research will present some suggestion and references for the drafting of English sales contracts.
