纤维支气管镜检对肺功能的影响

The Influence on Pulmonary Function from Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy

报告65例常规纤维支气管镜检查患者术前、后肺功能变化。高龄、术前通气功能中、重度降低的患者,术毕PaO_2下降达2.39kPa;中壮年及术前通气功能正常者,平均下降1.86kPa。两组之间术后肺功能下降的程度明显不同,前者明显重于后者(P<0.05)。

In this paper, we reported the pre-and postoperative changes of the pulmonary function on 65 patients examined by fiberoptic bronchoscopy. The post-operative drop of PaO_2 in was 2.39 kPa in the elders and patients having poor pulmonury function. By contrast, the post-operative drop of PaO_2 was 1.86 kPa in the youngers and patients having a normal pulmonary function. There was a significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05).
