摘要
采用正交设计,研究海鲜菇工厂化栽培中制袋单袋培养料干料重、含水量和石灰添加量等对生产周期、产量、产品质量和管理成本的影响,集成以上最优组合的技术参数。试验表明:随着单袋培养料干料重的增加和含水量的增加,培菌时间延长、产量增加,产量极差分别为107g和93g,为主要因素。石灰添加量对培菌时间和产量影响较小,产量极差为42g,为次要因素。三因素影响大小依次为含水量>干料重>石灰添加量;不同处理对海鲜菇子实体的整齐度和紧实度的影响没有规律,无明显差异;主要因素和次要因素选择最好水平,最优水平组合为A4B4C2,即单袋培养料干料重、含水量、石灰添加量的参数分别为500g、67%、1.5%。试验的经济效益结果分析结果表明,干料重为450g的投入产出比最高。
To optimize the conditions in the preparation of large-scale bag cultivation of Hypsizygus marmoreus(Peck)H.E.Bigelow,effects of the dry weight,water content,and lime additive of the culture substrate on the production cycle and output,product quality,and management costs were studied using an orthogonal design experimentation.The results showed that(a)an increase on the dry weight of the substrate extended the incubation time and increased the mushroom output to 107 g,(b)an increase on the substrate water content raised the output to 93 g,and(c)the addition of lime in the medium produced no significant difference on either the incubation time or output(i.e.,42g).Thus,the three variables exerted effects on the cultivation in the order of:dry weight water contentlime addition.However,none of the alternations affected the uniformity and firmness of the fruiting bodies of the mushrooms.The optimized dry weight,water content,and 〉lime addition for the mushroom cultivation were determined to be 500 g,67%,and 1.5%,respectively.An economic evaluation indicated that a maximized input/output ratio could be obtained with 450 g of the substrate(dry weight).
