施用烟秆生物黑炭对红壤性稻田根际土壤微生物的影响 被引量:11

摘要 采用田间小区试验研究烟秆生物黑炭对红壤性稻田根际土壤微生物的影响,试验设置4个生物黑炭施用水平,在水稻抽穗扬花期采集根际土壤进行高通量测序。结果表明,施用生物黑炭后稻田根际土壤微生物群落的OUT与Chao1指数降低,而Shannon指数升高。对主要菌门的分析发现变形菌门、放线菌门与厚壁菌门的丰度增加,酸杆菌门、疣微菌门的丰度降低。在属的水平上,发现一些对植物生长有益的促生菌有增加的趋势。 Biochar made from tobacco stalks was incorporated in the soil at the red paddy fields at 4levels to study their effects on the rhizospheric microbes using a block design.The rhizosphere soil samples were collected at the heading stage of the rice plants,and tested using the high throughput sequencing.The results indicated that,after the biochar application,the quantities of both OUT and Chao1 of the microbial community decreased,while the Shannon index increased. The analysis on main phylum showed that the populations of Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,and Firmicutes increased,whereas those of Acidobacteriaand Verrucomicrobia decreased with the biochar addition.From the results on the taxonomy of genus,some growth-promoting microorganisms beneficial for the plant growth appeared to have increased in number the rhizosphere soil.
