不同类型青光眼患者血清热休克蛋白27抗体的测定比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测不同类型青光眼患者血清热休克蛋白27(HSP27)抗体,探讨热休克蛋白27(HSP27)抗体在青光眼病程中的意义。方法收集不同类型患者血清,通过酶连免疫吸附实验检测血清中HSP27抗体的含量。结果急性闭角型青光眼患者组、慢性开角型青光眼患者组、正常眼压型青光眼患者组血清中HSP27抗体含量与正常对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同类型青光眼患者组之间血清中HSP27抗体的含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同类型青光眼患者血清中HSP27抗体均高于正常对照人群,而且这种升高的HSP27抗体可能参与和加速了视网膜神经节细胞的凋亡。 Objective To detect the antibodies of heat shock protein 27( HSP27) in serum of patients with different types of glaucoma,and to explore the significance of heat shock protein 27( HSP27) antibody in the course of glaucoma. Methods Collect sera of patients with different types of glaucoma,the serum levels of HSP27 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Comparing the serum HSP27 antibodies content of acute angle-closure glaucoma patients,chronic open-angle glaucoma patients and normal tension glaucoma patients with that of normal control group,the differences were all statistically significant( P〈0. 05). But,as for the serum content of HSP27 antibodies between different types of glaucoma patients,their difference showed no statistical significance( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Serum HSP27 antibodies of patients with different types of glaucoma were all higher than those of normal control group,and the elevated HSP27 antibody may be involved in and accelerate the apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells.
