Airtraq联合纤维支气管镜插管在严重困难气道使用的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Airtraq Combined with Intubation in Severe Difficult Airway

目的分析评价Airtraq联合纤维支气管镜插管在严重困难气道插管中的方法和临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2011年5月至2015年5月全身麻醉择期手术患者154例的临床资料。采用Airtraq插管者39例(A组),纤维支气管镜插管者(F组)32例,Airtraq联合纤维支气管镜插管(A+F组)40例,HC视频喉镜插管(H组)43例,记录各组患者声门暴露时间,插管时间,插管次数,比较患者插管完成后3min,5min平均动脉压。结果 A+F组插管时间、声门暴露时间和插管次数均小于其他各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在全身麻醉时,应用Airtraq联合纤维支气管镜插管能缩短声门暴露时间,减少气道和咽部损伤。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the method and clinical effect of Airtraq combined with intubation in severe difficult airway intubation. Methods The clinical data of 154 patients undergoing general anesthesia for elective surgery in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. 39 cases of the Airtraq intubation（ group A）,32 cases of the fiber bronchoscopy intubation（ group F）,40 cases of Airtraq combined with fiber bronchoscope intubation（ groupA ＋ F）,and 43 cases of HC video laryngoscope intubation（ group H） were recorded the glottic exposure time,the intubation time,the intubation times,and were compared the mean arterial pressure 3mins,5mins after the intubation. Results The intubation time,the glottic exposure time and the intubation times of group A ＋ F were less than the other groups,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In general anesthesia,the use of Airtraq combined with fiber bronchoscopy intubation could shorten the glottic exposure time and reduce injury in airway and pharyngeal.
