国产噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效和成本分析

Clinical Efficacy and Cost Analysis of Domestic MadeT iotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation of the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察国产噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效和安全性,并探讨其医疗成本。方法选择80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者给予国产噻托溴铵粉雾剂吸入治疗(治疗组),并与使用进口噻托溴铵粉吸入剂80例(对照组)进行对比分析,记录临床疗效和费用,计算并比较两组的临床疗效和药物成本。结果 80例COPD患者经国产噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗60d后,其肺功能改善情况和有效率等与进口药疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),国产药的临床效果不劣于进口药(P<0.05)。此外,国产药更有成本优势,在获得相同的疗效时,国产药将比进口药少支出452.23元,且费用仅为进口药的57.07%,增量成本效果比为5349.6,国产药每增加1%的有效率将比进口药节约53.5元。结论国产噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病在临床疗效、医疗成本等方面均令人满意,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety and to discuss the cost of domestic made Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation of the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Follow the principles and methods of clinical epidemiology and health economics,choose 80 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） give domestic Sai tiotropium bromide powder spray inhalation therapy（ treatment group）,and with imported ticlopidine supporting bromide inhalation powder（ control group） were compared analysis,clinical curative effect and expense records calculated and compared two groups of clinical curative effect and drug costs. Results After treatment of 60 d with,80 patients with COPD were treated with domestic made Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation,the improvement of lung function and the effective rate of the imported drugs were equivalent,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Non inferiority test showed that the clinical effect of domestic drugs was not inferior to that of imported drugs（ P〈0. 05）. In addition,domestic drugs are more cost advantage. In obtaining the same efficacy,domestic drugs will be less than 452. 23 yuan of imported drugs,And the cost is only57. 07% of the imported drugs,the incremental cost effectiveness ratio of 5349. 6,the effective rate of domestic medicine for each increase of 1% will save 53. 5 yuan more than imported drugs. Conclusion Domestic made Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation use of the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in clinical efficacy,medical costs and other aspects are satisfactory,with clinical application value.
