蛛网膜下腔出血后垂体功能改变的研究进展

摘要 蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)的死亡率及致残率极高,多数存活者后期都不同程度出现易疲劳、认知及情感功能障碍和生活独立性下降等症状[1],这些可能与蛛网膜下腔出血所诱发的腺垂体功能减退症有关。本文就蛛网膜下腔出血后垂体功能改变的研究进展综述如下。
