摘要
采用双层辉光等离子表面冶金技术对TA15合金进行了Cr-Si复合渗处理,以形成Cr-Si复合渗层。随后将TA15合金置于700℃硫酸钠(Na_2SO_4)盐浴中热腐蚀100 h,以研究Cr-Si复合渗层能否提高TA15合金的热腐蚀性能。结果表明,经Cr-Si复合渗的TA15合金热腐蚀增重较无Cr-Si复合渗层的TA15合金大大减小,即Cr-Si复合渗明显提高了TA15合金的耐热腐蚀性能。其原因是,Cr-Si复合渗层均匀、致密,在热腐蚀过程中形成Cr_2O_3和SiO_2氧化膜,保护合金不受腐蚀。
The impregnation of TA15 alloy with both chromium and silicon was performed by employing a double glow plasma surface metallurgy technology to form a Cr-Si co-alloyed case. Subsequently, the TA15 alloy was subjected to hot corrosion in a molten sodium sulphate (Na2SO4 ) salt at 700 ℃ for 100 h to reveal whether the Cr- Si co-alloyed case could render the resistance to hot corrosion of the TA15 alloy better. The results indicate that surrosion of the TA15 alloy with the Cr - Si co-alloyed ease is much less than that of the TA15 alloy free from the Cr-Si co-alloyed case,i, e., the resistance to hot corrosion of the TA15 alloy is significantly improved due to the Cr- Si co-alloyed case, because the Cr-Si co-alloyed case is uniform and dense, and oxide films such Cr203 and SiO2 are formed in course of hot corrosion on its surface, thus protecting the alloy from being corroded.
