X射线特征辐射对测定304奥氏体不锈钢应力的影响

摘要 对1号和2号304奥氏体不锈钢板施加四点弯曲载荷。分别采用CrK_α、CrK_β和MnK_αX射线特征辐射测定了钢板的应力。其中,用1号钢板的测定结果修正X射线的弹性常数,用修正过的X射线弹性常数测定2号钢板的应力。结果表明,采用MnK_αX射线特征辐射测定304不锈钢板中的应力的重复性和精确度均比采用CrK_α、CrK_βX射线特征辐射测定的好。不推荐采用CrK_αX射线特征辐射测定奥氏体不锈钢板的应力。 Type 304 austenitic stainless steel plates No. 1 and No. 2 were loaded by using four-point bending procedure. Stresses in the plates were measured by means of CrKα、 CrKβ and MnK X-ray characteristic radiations respectively. In measuring the stress, the stress measured in the plate No. 1 was used to correct elastic constant of X-ray, and then the corrected elastic constant was used to measure the stress in the plate No. 2. The results indicate that both repeatability and accuracy of measuring stress in the type 304 stainless plate are better by MnKα X-ray characteristic radiation than by CrKoα CrKβ X-ray characteristic radiation. It is not recommended using CrKα X-ray characteristic radiation to measure stress in austenitic stainless plate.
