摘要
对尺寸为φ20 mm×220 mm调质态45钢试样采用不同的工艺参数进行了高频感应淬火。测定了未经过和经过感应淬火的试样的扭矩、扭角、最大切应力、最大切应变、抗扭刚度以及达到材料条件屈服极限(R_(P_(0.2)))时的切应力和切应变等扭转性能。结果表明,与未经感应淬火的试样相比,经感应淬火的试样扭矩增大,扭角减小,最大切应力增大,最大切应变减小,抗扭刚度增大,达到条件屈服极限(R_(P_(0.2)))时的切应力增大而切应变减小。随着淬硬层深度的增加,上述性能没有明显变化。
Using different process parameters, 45 steel specimens 20 mm in diameter by 220 mm long subjected to quenching and high-temperature tempering were high-frequency induction hardened. Torsional properties such as torsion,torsional angle, maximum shear stress, maximum shear strain, torsinal rigidity and both shear stress and shear strain at the moment of reaching conditional yield point(Rp02)of the material were measured for the specimens not hardened and hardened by induction. The results show that the torsion is larger, the torsional angle is less, the maximum shear stress is larger, the maximum shear strain is less, the torsinal rigidity is larger, as well as the shear stress is larger but the shear strain is less at the moment of reaching conditional yield point( Rp02 )of the material for the specimen hardened by induction than for the specimen not hardened by induction. As the hardened case becomes deeper the above-mentioned properties do not change appreciably.
