Heat Treatment of the Petroleum Pipe

石油管,如油管、套管、钻探管和接箍管等,通常都要采用燃气炉进行调质处理。目前,我国石油管的热处理尚存在能耗大,设备落后,质量与国外的差距较大等问题,亟待改进。

Generally, petroleum pipes, such as oil pipe, casing pipe, drill pipe, coupling tube and so on, are to be quenched and high tempered in gas-fired furnace. At present, in regard to heat treatment of the petroleum pipe at home there are many problems, such as excessively large energy consumption, laggard equipment, poorer quality in china than in foreign country, etc, remaining to be removed as soon as possible.
