摘要 在中国新一轮"走出去"战略的指导下,我国国有大型铁路企业纷纷战略转型为国际型公司,积极参与国际铁路基建工程项目的角逐。国际市场商机无限,在铁路"走出去"的过程中,企业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,同时也面临前所未有的挑战与风险。时至国有大型铁路企业启动"十三五"规划编制工作之际,对其"走出去"战略的再思考意义重大而深远。文章以国有大型铁路工程公司为对象,研究了企业"走出去"的可能性,分析了国内企业缺乏复合型国际化人才、传统经营模式陈旧单一、缺乏融资能力、企业在国际工程承包市场中的认同度低、对海外项目风险准备不足等"走出去"过程中可能面临的制约因素,最终提出全方位培养国际型人才、调整思路优化国际化经营机制、有针对性选好项目缓解资金压力、全员提高风险意识做好风险预案等应对策略,为类似企业"走出去"提供参考。 Under the guidance of a new round " going out" strategy,China's large state-owned railway companies have strategically transformed into international companies,and actively participate in the competition of international railway construction project. Unlimited business opportunities in the international market,in the railway " going out" process,enterprise ushers in unprecedented opportunities for development,also faces the unprecedented challenge and risk. Until large state-owned railway companies started 13 th five-year-plan work and the " going out" strategic thinking is of great significance and far-reaching. Taking a large state-owned railway engineering company as example,the possibility of enterprises " going out" is studied,the restraining factors such as lack of international talents in domestic enterprises,the traditional old business model,lack of financing capacity,low recognition in the international project contracting market and inadequate preparation for the overseas project risk,etc. in " going out" process are analyzed,finally,the coping strategies including overall cultivation of international talents, optimization of internationalized operational mechanism,selection of good projects to alleviate financial pressure,improving overall risk awareness are put forward,providing reference for similar enterprises.
