江西奉新人邓显麒,明正德九年进士,历官正嘉两朝,以敢于抗颜直谏闻名于时,被誉为"忠谏名臣"。邓显麒具有深刻的政治见解,今存《梦虹奏议》二卷乃表达其生平政治思想的重要遗稿,思想内涵丰富,具有很高的研究价值。研究表明,邓显麒的政治思想对当时及后世产生了广泛而深远的社会影响。

DENG Xianqi,the candidate of imperial examination in ninth year of Zhengde government in the Ming Dynasty,was famous as an honest and loyal official from Fengxin Jiangxi who worked continuously for Zhengde and Jiajing government. DENG ＇s political views were profound,whose posthumous manuscript— ＂Menghong Reports ＂reflected his political thoughts in his whole life. It is of high value of research for its rich connotation.Research shows that his political thoughts had extensive and far—reaching social effects at that time and later ages.
