摘要
3,4-二(2-甲氧乙氧基)苯腈可以由3,4-二(2-甲氧乙氧基)苯甲醛制得,但是现有的制备方法反应条件苛刻、反应时间冗长。3,4-二(2-甲氧乙氧基)苯甲醛与羟胺盐酸盐在甲酸中反应,添加一定量的催化剂吡啶,在甲酸的回流温度下反应可在1h内完成,经过简单的后处理,3,4-二(2-甲氧乙氧基)苯腈的收率在92%以上,纯度在98%以上。
3,4-Bis(2-methoxyethoxy)benzonitrile can be synthesized from 3,4-bis(2-methoxyethoxy)benzaldehyde,but the traditional synthetic method required harsh reaction conditions and long reaction time.3,4-Bis(2-methoxyethoxy)benzaldehyde and hydroxylamine hydrochloride were conducted in formic acid using a certain amount of pyridine as catalyzer.The reaction can be finished within 1hat the reflux temperature of formic acid.The yield of 3,4-bis(2-methoxyethoxy)benzonitrile is above 92%and its purity is higher than 98%.
