钢结构应变监测系统的设计

摘要 通过研究有关影响钢结构失稳的因素,设计了一种钢结构应变监测系统.该系统采用宏晶公司单片机STC 12 LE 5412 AD为主控芯片,利用相应的传感器对钢结构进行应力、温度及其外界的风力数据进行采集,分析对钢结构工程稳定性的影响,及时发出预警信息,并通过MC35I无线通信模块传输到上位机软件中.应用实践表明,该系统可以实时、精确、可靠地对钢结构应变进行监测. Through studying factors which influence the instability of steel structure, we design a strain monitoring system for steel structure. The system takes STC 12 LE 5412 AD as main control chip, collects the stress, temperature and external wind signal of steel structure with corresponding sensors, then it analyzes the influences on the stability of steel structure work, gives warning information and transfer to upper computer software through wireless communication module MC35I. Practice shows that the system can monitor the strain of steel structure in real time, accurately and reliably.
