分类培养分层教学模式下教学质量评价方法研究

Study on teaching quality evaluation method of classified cultivation and stratified teaching mode

针对分类培养、分层教学的教学新模式,探讨对教学的主体学生和教师的教学质量评价方法.对学生评价以促进学生成长进步为原则,提出重过程的形成性评价,不同层次学生采用不同的评价机制.对教师评价采用学生与系部、理论与实践教学结合的多元化评价,类别层次不同的学生评价设定不同权重,以确保评价的科学性和可靠性.从而促进高职教育教学质量的提高.

Aiming at new teaching mode of classified cultivation and stratified teaching, this pa- per discusses the teaching quality evaluation method on teaching subjects including students and teachers. In students evaluation, we take promoting students＂ development as principle, put for ward process-oriented formative evaluation, which adopts various evaluation mechanism for dif- ferent students. In teachers evaluation, we adopt diversified evaluation which combines students and department, theoretical and practical teaching. We set different weights for evaluation on different students to ensure the scientificity and reliability so as to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education.
