高分子添加剂对射流切割性能影响的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨在清水射流中添加高分子添加剂后对射流切割性能的影响,通过对现有射流切割实验平台的改装,进行清水射流中添加高分子添加剂后的射流切割试验。结果表明:在相同泵压下高分子添加剂射流可以提高工件的切割深度,减小工件的切割宽度;并随着泵压升高,切割效果更为明显。 Putting some micro high molecular polymer into fluid,turbulent resistance can be reduced by the coupling action between polymer and turbulent field. In order to make clear the influence to jet by putting high molecular polymer into water fluid,jet cutting experiment was done by putting high molecular polymer into water jet. The experimental result shows micro high molecular polymer jet can improve the cutting depth and shorten the cutting width of the work in the same pump pressure,the cutting effect is more obvious along with pump pressure increase.
