高职院校构建教学质量保障与监控体系是高职院校规范内部管理的必要保证,是当前高职院校内涵建设、全面提高教育教学质量的一个重要途径和方法。通过厘请高职院校内部质量保障体系概念及构成要素,研究分析了高职院校内部质量保障体系运行中存在的主要问题,阐述了高职院校内部质量保障与监控体系构建和运行的具体经验和做法。

Quality assurance and supervisory control system construction are essential guarantee for teaching quality in vocational colleges as well as important means to improve the teaching quality comprehensively. This paper analyzes the main concerns in the operation of quality assurance and supervisory control system and demonstrates the experiences and methods in the conduct and operation of quality assurance and supervisory control system in vocational colleges.
