针对当前高职教育拔尖人才培养中所面临的实际问题,从遵循高职教育人才培养规律的角度出发进行了深入的剖析,并结合高职教育拔尖人才培养的现实要求和其在产业生产一线所发挥的作用,提出了解决问题的方式方法和可行性建议。

In view of the current problems existing in elitist cultivation of higher vocational education,this article dissected their causes and influences from the perspective of abiding by the rule of talent cultivation,and finally proposed ways and feasible suggestions to solve the problems considering the actual requirements in elitist cultivation of higher vocational education and its effect in industrial production.
