摘要 韧皮部卸载包含了一系列的连续过程,在植物光合作用产物的运输和分配中具有至关重要的作用。综述了植物光合同化物韧皮部卸载的途径(共质体卸载、质外体卸载以及二者的交替转换型),探讨了相应的机制和调控方法,介绍了韧皮部卸载常用的研究方法,最后指出了该领域的研究中所面临的一些问题。 Phloem unloading contains a series of continuous processes and plays an important role in the transport and distribution of plant photoassimilate. This paper reviewed the pathway of phloem unloading of plant photoassimilate( symplast pathway,apoplast pathway and the alternation and conversion of the two pathways),discussed the corresponding mechanism and regulation and control methods,introduced common research approaches for unloading,and finally pointed out some problems facing this research area.
