摘要
以福建上杭、贵州都匀、广西古蓬、江西崇义、广西桐棉5个种源马尾松优良种源1年生苗为试验材料,设置2.99 g/盆(T1)、5.99 g/盆(T2)、11.97 g/盆(T3)、23.95 g/盆(T4)4个镁处理,监测镁对马尾松优良种源苗木生长的影响。结果表明:在同一施肥处理各种源间的苗高均差异显著,同一种源不同施肥处理下的苗高差异显著(上杭、都匀、崇义除外),镁抑制苗木高生长,其中抑制最强的处理是5.99 g/盆(T2)与11.97 g/盆(T3)。在同一施肥处理各种源间的地径均差异显著,在同一种源不同施肥处理之间各种源的地径均差异显著(崇义除外),镁促进地径生长,促进效果较好的施肥处理是2.99 g/盆(T1)与5.99 g/盆(T2)。从镁对苗木根、茎、叶生物量积累效果来看,各种源苗木生物量变化无一致规律,低浓度镁有促进作用,高浓度则相反,其中2.99 g/盆(T1)促进苗木的生物量积累,各种源中以古蓬(GP)种源效果较好,而桐棉(TM)种源最差。总之,马尾松苗木生长最佳镁肥处理是2.99 g/盆(T1),各种源中以古蓬(GP)种源表现最佳。
One year old seedlings of excellent Pinus massoniana( Shanghang,Duyun,Gupeng,Chongyi,Tongmian) provenance were used as experimental materials,four magnesium concentration gradient[2. 99 g / basin( T1),5. 99 g / basin( T2),11. 97 g / basin( T3),23. 95 g / basin( T4) ]were set up,and the effect of magnesium on the growth of seedlings of excellent Pinus massoniana provenance was monitored. The results showed that the seedling height of different provenance had significant difference with the same magnesium concentration,the seeding height of same provenance seedlings had significant difference under different magnesium concentration treatments( except for Shanghang,Tuyun,Chongyi); magnesium inhibited the growth of seedling height,the stronger inhibition concentration were 5. 99 g / basin( T2) and11. 97 g / basin( T3). The ground diameter of different provenance had significant difference with the same magnesium concentration,the ground diameter of same provenance seedlings had significant difference under different magnesium concentration treatments( except for Chongyi); magnesium promoted the growth of ground diameter,the better promotion concentration were 2. 99 g / basin( T1) and 5. 99 g / basin( T2). From the effect of magnesium on biomass accumulation of seedlings in each tissues( root,stem,leaf),there were no consistent patterns of biomass of seedlings of various provenance,low concentrationmagnesium had the promotion effect,high concentration had the opposite effect,2. 99 g / basin( T1) could promote the biomass accumulation of seedlings,the promotion effect was better for the seedlings from Gupeng( GP),which was the worset for the seedlings from Tongmian. In short,the best magnesium fertilizer treatment on the seedling growth of Pinus massoniana was 2. 99 g / basin( T1),the provenance of GP was the best.
